SECTION 1

We have a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 24 hours before the starting time of the session will result in a cancellation fee of $5. Any cancellation made with more than 24 hours notice will be fully refunded or credited to any future sessions.

 

SECTION 2

·  In case of a cancellation done by the instructor/tutor, the class fee is fully-refundable (rest assured that such cancellations will not happen often as we take the teaching work seriously (cancellations from the teacher are made only in case of medical emergency or other types of emergency)

·  In order to cancel a class, please reach out to the tutor by phone, text message or email.
